What to expect...
A calm creative movement workshop for babies who are not yet crawling and their caregivers. Juliet Zmorrod leads gentle movement, rhythm, music, and shared floor-based play in a peaceful workshop space at The Ark. The pace is soft and baby-led, with time to settle, move, watch, stretch, and respond to music together. Near the end, caregivers move while safely wearing their baby, so bring your own sling if you have one. After the 30-minute workshop, there is a short stay-and-play period so babies and adults do not have to rush straight out.
