What to expect...
A one-hour children’s history workshop for ages 9 to 12 at Richmond Barracks, led by children’s history facilitator Claire Hennessey. The session looks at famous disasters at sea, including the sinking of the Titanic and Lusitania, and also at the stories people tell about missing ships, including ghosts, aliens, and the Bermuda Triangle. It uses a mix of history and imagination to explore what happened to these ships and what remains of them today. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
