Walk-through Christmas visit at the RDS where families move through Elf-themed rooms, meet reindeer, decorate cookies with Mrs Claus and finish with a private visit to Santa. Timed 75–90 minute sessions with tickets from €12.95 babies / €19.95 adults / €29.95 children.

What to expect...
Families check in at the RDS Ring Hall and join a timed group led by costumed elves. Children stop first at the Elf-ification Station to collect an elf hat, name badge and passport. The route moves through several themed spaces including the castle gates with Head Elf Glitterpants, an outdoor terrace for soft snowball games, Jack Frost’s ice house built from blocks of real ice, Mrs Claus’ kitchen for simple cookie decorating, Mission Control and the reindeer pen. Each booking ends in a private grotto visit where Santa talks to the children individually and gives them a toy coin to spend in the Elf Town toy shop. The visit is fast-moving, bright and noisy, with short walks and queues between each set and plenty of chances to take photos.
