Griffith Avenue Mile
Ireland's premier one-mile road race on a traffic-free Griffith Avenue, with a non-timed family fun run alongside the championship race and a post-race festival at DCU All Hallows.

What to expect
One mile straight down Griffith Avenue with the road closed to traffic. Families enter the fun run, which isn't timed, so you can run it, jog it or walk the whole thing together and everyone still gets a finisher memento. Older kids who want a real race can enter the chip-timed juvenile event instead. Afterwards there's live music and food at DCU All Hallows, about fifteen minutes' walk from the finish.
