What to expect
Kids fill a jar with crystals, herbs and other natural bits, and hear what each ingredient stood for (amethyst, rose quartz and rosemary all feature). There's a bit of history too: how medieval people used charms and symbols to bring good luck. Adults can make one too. It's drop-in, so you join during your museum visit, and it's pitched at ages 7 and up with a grown-up alongside. The finished jar goes home with you.
