Make and Create Family Drop-in Workshops
Saturday afternoon craft drop-in at Richmond Barracks. Families make a different art or craft project each week with an artist.
What to expect...
A relaxed Saturday craft drop-in where kids and adults make something together at Richmond Barracks. A different artist leads the activity each week, so the project changes: recent sessions include making 3D paper ice cream cones, woven flowers, pop-up cards, self-portraits and seaside scenes. You can arrive anytime between 2:00pm and 3:30pm and start the activity when you get a space at the table. It suits mixed ages because younger children can join in with help while older kids cut, fold, colour and decorate more independently. Expect glue, paper and a busy, chatty room when it fills up. You leave with whatever you’ve made.
