What to expect
Emerald Park's daytime Halloween, built to be fun rather than frightening. Kids grab a map and follow the Pumpkin Quest trail to find Patch the Pumpkin Master's lost pumpkins, with a sweet treat if they spot them all. There's a new sing-along panto, Goldilocks and the Three Scares, and Frankenstein, the Mummy and other characters turn up around the park for photos. It all runs alongside the usual rides and zoo, and suits 3 to 12 year olds best.
