Portuguese-language music workshop for ages 3–6 exploring songs, rhythm and playful movement. Children €7, accompanying adult free.
Saturday, 21 Feb
13:00-14:30
What to expect...
A 90-minute Portuguese-language music workshop for children aged 3 to 6 and their families. Led by Filipa Quintino and Johnathan Batista dos Santos, children sing catchy Portuguese songs, move to rhythms, clap, make playful sounds and dance freely together.
The session is active and participatory rather than seated listening. Expect movement, call-and-response singing and collective play. Adults join in — this is designed as a shared parent-and-child experience rather than a drop-off session.
Songs and games introduce Portuguese words naturally through repetition and rhythm. The atmosphere is lively, warm and interactive, with space for children to move and express themselves. It works best for preschool-aged children who enjoy music, movement and group participation.
