What to expect...
You begin in quiet silence, taking a moment to be present together. Everyone joins in to create a live soundscape using clapping and voices, building rhythm as a group. From that calm beginning, the session moves into Nigerian traditional dance. The workshop starts with small, soft movements and gentle rhythms, then gradually grows into bigger sounds and bigger dancing. Children and their grown-ups take part together throughout. It moves from stillness into shared rhythm and movement, reflecting how confidence and expression can grow within a supportive group.
