What to expect...
Families are seated for a live stage set with Mrs Claus and the Elves. The performance runs about 25 minutes with songs, jokes and audience moments led by the cast. After the show, elves guide groups through a decorated walkway where kids check the nice list, then queue to meet Santa in his grotto. Each child gets a quick photo stop and receives a wrapped present from the elves’ workshop before exiting back to the venue concourse. The setup is indoors with allocated seating for the show and a managed flow to Santa, so it suits mixed-age family groups who are comfortable with music and bustle. Expect a festive atmosphere, some loud moments during the show, short waits between areas, and plenty of spots for photos.
