The newer adventure play space centres on a giant brent goose climbing structure, with mounded ground, balance beams and spots for older kids to climb and perch. A gated toddler zone sits beside sand and musical panels, and there’s a calmer space designed with neurodivergent children in mind. Families move between the two play areas, the nearby pond for ducks and swans, and the open lawns for picnics. It suits toddlers up to younger tweens, and the main paths handle buggies well, though some slopes are a little steeper. The playground gets busiest on sunny weekend late mornings, especially in summer.
