Large hands-on science centre in Sandyford with galleries full of push-button experiments, simple physics challenges, and live demos. Kids try circuits, test balance and reaction games, and stop for the Tesla Lightning Show that crackles through the main hall. Junior Explorium is a separate space sized for little ones with low-height activities and simple cause-and-effect stations; older kids gravitate to the main science floors and sport-themed challenges. Visits are active—lots of pressing, turning, building, and comparing results with siblings. Best for primary-school ages upwards, with the junior area working well for ages 2–7 when you want a shorter, gentler session.
