About
Lucan Library is a bright, modern branch of South Dublin Libraries on the first floor of Lucan Shopping Centre, with lift access and a big children’s area. Families come to pick up books, DVDs and audiobooks, use the public PCs and tablets, or join free events like storytime, book clubs and seasonal workshops. There are quiet study spaces alongside comfy corners for younger readers and teens. My Open Library gives registered members extended self-service access, so local families can pop in early, later in the evening or at weekends to borrow, return or simply find a spot to read.
