Seasonal Christmas experience on the grounds of Palmerstown House Estate in Kildare where families check in at a festive departure area, meet Santa’s elves and board a land train that winds through the estate to Santa’s Manor. Inside, small groups move through decorated rooms, meet Mrs Claus for story time and cookies, and finish with a private family visit with Santa, where each child receives a sustainable cuddly toy. Afterwards, families return by train to the Winter Wonderland village with a small funfair, food stalls, covered seating, and plenty of photo spots. Most people spend around two to three hours including time in the funfair, so it works well for toddlers, school-age children, and older siblings who still enjoy the Santa tradition. The event takes place on selected dates from late November to 23 December, with pre-booked timed sessions and a mixture of indoor moments and outdoor walking, so families usually wrap up warm for the evening atmosphere and lights.
