What to expect...
TwinkleTown takes over Smithfield Square as a large outdoor Christmas market and fairground. Families can wander through festive food and craft stalls, watch the Ferris wheel over the square, and move between attractions such as the ice rink, fairground rides and the Spiegeltent. The Santo Panto runs as a short indoor family show with timed tickets and a small gift for children. Most of the experience is outdoors, with some attractions housed in temporary tents or marquees. Expect festive lights, music and crowds, particularly in the evenings and at weekends. Entry to the market area is free, with separate tickets required for individual attractions.
