Free family sports day at TU Dublin Grangegorman: try NFL, climbing, parkour, boxing, rugby and more, with face painting and a Sensory Bus.

What to expect
Grangegorman's pitches and courts turn into one big free sports day. Kids can have a go at NFL, basketball, GAA, soccer, rugby, athletics, rock climbing, parkour, ultimate frisbee and tug-of-war, step into the boxing and martial arts ring, or join a short yoga, Little Fitness or aerobics dance slot in the activity tent. There are neurodiverse activities and a Sensory Bus on site, plus free face painting. The sports run all afternoon, so you move between them at your own pace.
