The Haunted Trail at Malahide Castle has a Samhain theme. You follow a woodland trail through the castle grounds, meeting playful characters like Puck the Jester (Malahide's resident spirit), then walk through the Samhain Forest, where the old Irish traditions behind Halloween come to life. Daytime sessions keep the frights dialled down for younger kids. After dark it's more atmospheric and ends at the Samhain Gathering, with live storytelling from Candlelit Tales and Celtic music.
